Feedback from previous delegates

It was a great event and the opportunity to network with peers and discuss key issues such as recruitment, person -centred approaches and sector wide policies were very helpful.

It鈥檚 been amazing, being with like-minded individuals who share the same passion and love for our roles.

Although that was my first manager鈥檚 conference experience, I learnt a lot, met people from different health and social care sectors who made me feel comfortable and welcomed.

It is always refreshing, stimulating, challenging and encouraging to hear incredible speakers talk about their experiences, and the roles they and all of us play within the wider systems and how we can all do more, better and even adjust our approaches to get improved outcomes for the people and communities we support. I find conferences like these totally priceless and incredibly valuable.
