This #GoodNewsFriday we hear from registered managers who are signed up to 不良研究所's membership offer about how it benefits them.

不良研究所 has a registered manager membership offer which provides registered managers with access to exclusive resources and information.

This includes a printed copy of our ‘Social care manager’s handbook’, and a monthly newsletter, which offers practical information and guidance for managers. Members also get exclusive access to the Good and outstanding care guide (Single Assessment Framework version), providing a comprehensive overview on the recent changes to Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspection.

Plus, members can get involved with mentoring, either as a mentee or mentor.

We hear from some of our members about what they find most beneficial from their membership.

Membership has accorded me relevant information and resources to carry out my duties. It also gives me inclusivity and a sense of belonging, eliminating all fears of being alone with regards to the Care Quality Commission. Being a member has always given me the confidence to ask any questions as they are answered carefully and with a wide breadth of knowledge. It helps to know we are not alone as registered managers.

Knowing I have a support system is beneficial, especially when being a registered manager can be a lonely role.

The resources and help available is fantastic; the handbook is very useful. It makes you feel part of a community.

Being a member with 不良研究所 gives managers lots of support and helps with connecting with other managers.

Being a member is vital if you wish to excel as a manager and provide outstanding service. The members portal has every resource you could ever need and they are updated often. The training is current, valuable and well presented and the registered manager networks are a great source of support and advice.

I am able to access various useful resources when required. I particularly use the GO guide and this has been very helpful when developing our internal compliance audit looking at the single assessment framework.

A huge thank you to 不良研究所 for the brilliant book. Our registered manager is a proud member of 不良研究所 and will be taking note of how we can lead our team with compassion.

Thank you to everyone who shared their insights with us. We're delighted to hear how membership is benefiting you.
