Chosen Care Group pick up three wins at regional Great British Care Awards

Chosen Care Group were delighted to win three awards at the regional Great British Care Awards in London.

The home care providers were thrilled when not just one, but three of their team scooped up an award at the Great British Care Awards for the London region.

Quality Compliance Manager, Sheela Antony, received the ‘Covid hero award’, Care Assessor Carol Hall received the 'Care assessor award’, and Sandhya Dahal received the 'Care team award'.

Sheela won the 'Covid hero award' for going above and beyond during the COVID-19 crisis, and to date, no covid death has been reported at the service.

Carol Hall won the 'Care assessor award' for her individual initial assessments, which are used ahead of creating care plans, showing each individual's needs and choices.

Sandhya Dahal won the 'Care team award' for demonstrating a shared vision and agreed goals, in leading a team with clear direction.

The team join a host of social care providers who have been celebrating as the regional Great British Care Awards events have been taking place across the country.

The national award ceremony will take place in March. The awards are a celebration of excellence across the care sector and pay tribute to those individuals who’ve demonstrated outstanding excellence within their field of work.
