Digital leadership programme
The Digital leadership programme is run in partnership by 不良研究所 and The National Care Forum. It’s aimed at registered managers and is focused on building confidence in using digital as well as developing managers’ ability to identify opportunities for digital technology and embed digital processes into their organisation.
It's a four-day virtual programme which covers:
- digital basics
- leadership and transformational change
- co-production
- using data to create change.

Digital champions
Digital champions are individuals who work in the adult social care sector, who support and empower staff to use digital tools more effectively. This role will sit alongside their everyday job role.
They will promote and share their knowledge, skills, and enthusiasm of digital technology with 鈥媍olleagues and people drawing on care and support. Digital Champions will be the ‘go-to’ people for any questions or support required with using digital technology.
We’re running digital champions awareness sessions where you can find out more about how this role can work in your organisation.
More information about digital champions will be available on our website soon.
Digital Skills Framework
The Digital Skills Framework is a resource to support the adult social care workforce to develop their digital skills within the sector.
We’re running eLearning modules which provide more information about each of the key areas covered within the framework in a bite-sized and engaging way. We hope these modules will bring the framework to life for managers and providers and support them to put it into action in their organisations.
Barclays digital eagles
We're working in partnership with Barclays to provide digital support, virtual learning sessions and eLearning to the adult social care sector.
Their ‘Digital Wings’ platform provides support for the social care workforce to grow their knowledge, understanding and confidence to meet the digital requirements of their organisation.
This resource is free to access.
Find out more on or on our webpage.
‘Measuring digital readiness’ tool
The ‘Measuring digital readiness’ tool is a self-assessment which allows you to measure how digital-ready your organisation is.
After completing the assessment by answering questions about your organisation you’ll receive an email report based on your responses, including tailored ‘top tips’ and resources to help you progress.
Digitising social care website
The new CARE-branded digitising social care website has now launched. Here you’ll find everything you need to get started with your digitisation journey, along with resources and articles to help build digital confidence.
