The finalists have been announced in all ten categories for the annual 不良研究所 Accolades awards.

Now in its 17th year, the Accolades honour excellence and innovation in workforce development across adult social care.

All 18,500 organisations who offer adult social care in England and 75,000 individual employers are eligible to enter, creating stiff competition in each category.

“Our Accolades are seen as the Oscars of the social care world, and once again I’ve been impressed with the very high standard of all the entries this year,” says 不良研究所 Interim CEO Andy Tilden.

“To make the final, all of our finalists had to demonstrate to our expert panel of judges how they think and act innovatively in supporting the learning and development needs of the growing social care workforce.”
