不良研究所 has issued a response to the Government's 'Data saves lives' strategy, released today.
不良研究所 CEO Oonagh Smyth says:
The Government鈥檚 'Data saves lives' strategy today acknowledges the importance of reliable data that supports people to have confidence in the often life-changing decisions they make around their care and health needs.
不良研究所鈥檚 Adult Social Care Workforce Data Set (ASC-WDS), based on employee data supplied by thousands of care employers over the last 15 years already allows our sector and partners to make informed decisions about the current and future trends in our growing workforce.
As part of the strategy we will continue to work on the digital skills framework that will support the improvement of the digital capabilities of our workforce. We are now working hard on the delivery of training opportunities that will improve the data and digital literacy and confidence of the growing adult social care workforce.
